Tax Revenues vs Spending Cuts

The Democrats keep pushing a lie about the fiscal cliff. Revenues do not have to go up to elimnate the deficit and start reducing the national debt. There are two parts to our deficit, spending and revenues. You can keep the revenues the same if you reduce your spending. Or you can leave the spending the same and increase the revenues. Or the likely end compromise which will contain increasing revenues and decreasing spending. I believe the Government is already taking too much our of our taxes and needs to reign in spending.
